Welcome to Photogloss Clock Supplies. We strive to give you the best of service on quality clock parts and accessories. In keeping with these goals, here are our terms.

WARRANTIES:
We supply quality quartz clock movements. Movements come with a 6 year guarantee on workmanship material. Electronic functions are guaranteed for 2 years. Any tempering or misuse will, of course, void such warranty. We also carry Takane and other economy brand motors. These movements are covered by a 12 month guarantee.

QUANTITY PRICING:
You may combine assorted motor shaft lengths for best pricing.

PAYMENT:
Payment of orders must be received by us before orders will be dispatched. Payment by EFT, credit card or cash. Business or personal cheques may be used after approval. We don’t run accounts and payment is due on invoice, no statements will be issued. All prices shown are GST inclusive. Prices are current at the time of printing, but prices may change without notice subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Cost of freight and packaging will be added to all orders.

RETURNS:
Please call for return authorisation. Please ensure that all returns are well packed as received originally from us. Customers are required to pay freight on all returns.

SERVICE:
We ship most orders within 48 hours. Prices subject to change without notice. Our prices are competitive with any in the country. If you ever have a question, just call or email. Pick up by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
